Travel Planning Services

  • If you would like assistance in identifying your ideal accommodations based on your budget and preferences, we can create a custom proposal for you.

    If any of your desired accommodations are partner hotels, you’ll be able to access exclusive amenities and perks, which usually include breakfast for two each morning, $100 hotel credit, early-check-in, late-check out and room upgrades (subject to availability).

    • Complimentary Consultation to determine preferred style of property.

    • Introduction to the Concierge; Client coordinates arrangements directly with onsite team.

  • If you already know where you want to stay, we can book your hotel for you (at no fee to you). If it happens to be one of our partner hotels, you may be eligible to receive the amenities and perks available to our clients. You can see if your hotel qualifies as a partner here.

  • Let us do the heavy lifting for you. We will provide a bespoke itinerary for each day of your journey. We’ll provide you with an outline of recommendations, while leaving plenty of time built in to explore at your leisure.

  • Let us take care of it all!

    We will thoughtfully design and book all parts of your itinerary for you, including (but not limited to) accommodations, experiences, tours, guides, transportation, and logistics.

    • If your accommodations align with our partner hotels, exclusive amenities and perks will be added to your stay at no additional cost to you.

    • Guidance and assistance in booking travel insurance is offered and encouraged - unforeseen circumstances can happen at any time.

    • Final itinerary with helpful travel info, including, local contact info & more.

  • Katie Cade Travel LLC is a full-service travel planning agency and is a proud affiliate of Post Haste Travel.

  • All new clients must first book a 30-minute complimentary consulting session with me so we can ensure we are on the same page about your vision for your journey and next steps in the planning process.

  • Although certain transactions may result in commission, we will only ever make recommendations in the best interest of our clients.

  • Recommendations are curated just for you, based on my personal experience and insights from fellow travel professionals. However, we strongly recommend that all clients purchase travel insurance — unforeseen circumstances can happen at any point on your trip.

  • Although we cannot be legally responsible or liable for anything that happens throughout your journey, my team and I are always here to help support you with questions or concerns. We want to give you peace of mind while you travel, so you can be fully present and enjoy.
